Installed this update last night - v1_62D_1022 - and now cannot connect to wifi. Bell and Virgin don't seem to know how to fix this. Any suggestions?

As anselmo noted, turning on mobile data seems to allow you to connect to WiFi. In my case, turning mobile data off after also disconnects the phone from WiFi.

I peformed a factory reset on the phone after backing everything up, and this solved the issue. Phone can now connect to WiFi with or without mobile data enabled.
