While its rivals on the peripheral market have, for the most part, focused on the gaming market lately, KeySonic seems to have put more emphasis on mobility when it designed the KSK-3201 RF, a small multimedia keyboard with integrated mouse functions and good tactile feedback.

Unlike other multimedia keyboards, which are fairly large and sometimes come with unique shapes and curves, the newcomer focuses on simplicity of outer design and practicality.

This led to a somewhat plain-looking electronic that hides a significant degree of versatility, higher than that of many competing devices, with design embellishments or not.

On the other hand, the KSK-3201 RF provides a high degree of comfort and a functionality that includes special controls and even mouse functions.

To be more specific, the peripheral measures 226.18 x 24.23 x 127.1 mm and weights 202 grams, even as it provides all the benefits of 12 multimedia keys and a built-in 7mm optical trackball, as well as two mouse buttons.

Said multimedia keys are Pairing, Play/ Pause, Stop, Backward, Forward, Media player, Mail, Internet, Mute, Volume up, Volume down and Sleep mode.

What's more, KeySonic implemented 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity, which should prove more than enough to ensure maximum responsiveness when communicating with any host system over a variety of distances.

What's more, though the outer, brushed metal finish may not be the most intricate in existence, it is more than compensated for by the X-Type membrane technology that the hardware maker implemented.

What X-Type does is provide a very good tactile feedback and still ensure extremely silent strokes.

All in all, this so-called super-mini wireless multimedia keyboard will handle all input needs, negating even the necessity for a mouse.

Finally, according to the progress report made by TechConnect Magazine, the KSK-3201 RF can already be found in Europe, priced at 37 Euro.
