Up to 15 workers at the Agnew gold mine in the Goldfields, Australia have been fired for taking a break from their jobs and doing the Harlem Shake.

They recorded the dance and posted the clip to YouTube on Saturday, where it already racked up some 74,000 views, catching the eye of their supervisors.

According to The Telegraph, their employer, Barminco, barred them from not only this, but any other of the company's projects worldwide.

Reps cite a violation of safety regulations and a complete lack of respect for the Barminco's "core values of safety, integrity and excellence," as the reasons for sacking the miners.

After all, they were doing the Shake without their shirts on, but one of the workers did mention that the shirts were off so the company name didn't appear in the video. They should get some points for keeping their helmets on during the show, though.
