14 DAY TRIAL // Only a couple of days ago, Liam Hemsworth’s publicist had to come out with a denial for rumors that the handsome actor had been having a fling with January Jones behind his fiancé Miley Cyrus’ back. Now, she’s unfollowed him on Twitter.
Miley and Liam met and fell in love on the set of “The Last Song,” which is perhaps the only good thing that came out of that movie.
They announced their engagement in June 2012 but, for a good several months now, they have been plagued by countless breakup rumors.
These seemed to be confirmed just hours ago, when Miley unfollowed Liam on Twitter. In this new age, unless you’re friends with someone on Facebook or follow them on Twitter, they pretty much don’t exist.
Oddly enough, Liam is still following Miley but, then again, his account is probably run by someone else, whereas Miley is personally in charge of hers.
Various media outlets believe that this is the first near-confirmation of the breakup.
However, if we’re to believe reports, the two started having serious problems late last year, when Miley started acting out, which wasn’t exactly to Liam’s liking.
Then, at the Oscars 2013, he was photographed leaving a party in the same car as the “Mad Men” actress January Jones, and it didn’t take long for the tabs to say they were having some sort of steamy affair.
Since then, Miley has been photographed with and without her engagement ring in public, though she never stopped maintaining that she and Liam were not having any sort of problems.
More telling is perhaps the fact that they have not been photographed together as often as they once were, which could only mean that they’re spending more time apart these days.
For the time being, neither star was available for comment on the latest round of breakup rumors.
