14 DAY TRIAL // Miley Cyrus is usually very nice to her fans, so it's a wonder she'd ever give the paparazzi to catch her on video swearing at a fan. Yet this is what appears to have happened on her recent trip to Costa Rica.

Miley and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were heading to a waiting helicopter in Costa Rica the other day, when she was mobbed by fans.
Being a nice girl (which she is), she stopped for pictures and autographs, but Liam kept telling her they should get going because the chopper was waiting for them.
At one point in the video, a woman's voice is heard asking Miley to pose for a picture with her, which is when Miley decides Liam is right: it's time to go.
“No, we gotta go. Sorry honey, we gotta go. We gotta go, babe,” she tells the fan. Liam too tells her “we gotta go” and then takes her by the hand and leads her to the helicopter.
The fan (or “fan,” better yet) screams “[expletive]-hole” after the couple: she could have meant either Miley or Liam. But the pop star isn't the kind to take it on the chin.
“What the [expletive]? Are you for real? We're on vacation!” a clearly upset Miley tells the fan, turning to face her. Later on, though, she still posed for a couple more shots.
As the news of the incident spread online like wildfire – mostly because many media outlets made it sound as if Miley had lashed out at a poor kid – the pop star took to her Twitter page to better explain what happened.
The “fan” was not a fan to begin with; as if that wasn't enough, she was also rude by provoking Miley when she'd been nothing but kind with the fans.
“Been trying not to tweet & just enjoy the holidays but just to clear something up I would NEVER swear to a fan. When someone yells something SO rude making ME look like an '[expletive]hole' infront of fans who I am more than happy 2 take a picture w/ i cant tolerate that kind of rudeness,” Miley says.
“Every1 who was there apologized 4 the womans brusque behavior. She obviously wasnt a fan. Hope every1 has a Merry Christmas! LOVE 2 ALL!” she adds.
