Since the Oscars 2013, there’s been a lot of speculation on whether Liam Hemsworth really did cheat on his fiancée Miley Cyrus with January Jones. The split rumors have just picked up, as Miley was photographed without her engagement ring.

“Photographed outside of an LA recording studio late Wednesday night, the former Disney starlet, 20, tried to cover her face to avoid cameras, displaying two rings on her engagement finger that were not the bauble fiancé Liam Hemsworth gave her when he proposed last May,” People magazine writes.

This comes hot on the heels of several reports in this week’s tabs that Miley called off the wedding to Liam, presumably following his cheating on her with January after one of the Oscars afterparties.

Hours before the photos mentioned above were snapped, Miley took to Twitter to deny reports that the wedding was off, by saying that she was tired of LA and the constant rumors about her love life.

She also said that she would only be on Twitter to promote her music from now on and not talk about her personal life, and that her “new music is gonna shut everyone up.”

However, People writes, even if the wedding is still on, the two are definitely going through a rough patch. At least, that’s what an inside source is saying.

“Miley still wants to get married. Miley and Liam have had some problems that they are working through,” says the source.

“[They] have always had a very passionate relationship. They have a very strong physical attraction, but have very different personalities and backgrounds. This makes their relationship very complicated,” the insider notes, adding that the cheating rumor that’s been around for weeks now is totally getting to Miley, even if Liam has assured her repeatedly that there’s nothing to it.
