Report says Miley Cyrus is back to work, not letting leak of video of her smoking a bong affect her schedule
Report says Miley Cyrus is back to work, not letting leak of video of her smoking a bong affect her schedule

Late last week, a video of Disney star Miley Cyrus smoking a bong leaked online. Her dad has already apologized for her on Twitter – but Miley remains unfazed by the leak, focusing solely on her ongoing projects, it has emerged.

TMZ reports that, just hours after the video ended up online, showing Miley smoking salvia from a bong and sharing giggles with friends shortly after her 18th birthday, she was on set, working on a new movie.

While she knows the video is out there – she may have even seen it – Miley will not address the issue in any way, it is being said.

Not only that, but she doesn’t plan to let the leak prevent her from going on with her schedule as before: so she’s moving forward with work as if the leak never happened.

“Miley Cyrus isn’t letting the uproar over her bong use knock her off her game – in fact, sources say since the video of Miley experimenting with drugs came out the 18-year old’s been a total pro on the set of a movie,” TMZ report.

Miley and British reality star Sharon Osbourne will be seen next in “So Undercover,” a film that Miley’s mom Tish is producing.

“Miley arrived in New Orleans last week to shoot ‘So Undercover’ – and sources close to the production say hours after TMZ published the video of Miley taking bong hits, she showed up for rehearsals,” TMZ says.

While the Internet was filled with cries of outrage over the leaked video, Cyrus acted like a real pro and fulfilled her contractual obligations.

“We’re told Miley and her co-star – Kelly Osbourne – ran through script lines, as scheduled, on Friday. According to our sources, Miley knew the bong video was out, but ‘she kept her focus on the movie’,” TMZ notes.

“Miley’s mom, Tish, is a producer on ‘So Undercover.’ It’s unknown if she is on set yet... filming isn’t scheduled to begin until later this week,” the same media outlet informs.

As noted above, while Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted to apologize to Miley’s fans for the video, the pop star hasn’t said a peep just yet.
