Miley Cyrus is in the best shape of her life right now. Thanks to a gluten-free diet and regular Pilates classes, together with lots of outdoors exercise, she's at her thinnest and most fittest. She might be a bit too thin, experts say for Radar Online.

For weeks now, the tabloids have been trying to say that Miley might be losing too much weight too quickly, even hinting that she could be suffering from an eating disorder.

Experts who have never treated her are now joining in the conversation: with her obsession to document her weight loss on Twitter, Miley is sending a “terribly sick message” to young women all over the world, they say for Radar Online.

Psychotherapist Jessica Aronson sees in Miley's need to be constantly posting photos of her thin frame on Twitter (see the photo attached for an example of that) confirmation that she's trying to get control of her life by controlling her body into being skinny.

“This photo is frightening,” Aronson says of the most recent photo Miley tweeted (attached), in which she shows off her flat tummy and protruding hip bones.

“What does she need the world to see – which in eating disorder world, means know – about herself?” Aronson asks.

“In addition to a terribly sick message she is sending to young women, she is herself struggling to avoid feelings with an exercise and dieting obsession that often leads to compulsive behavior and results in an eating disorder,” the therapist goes on to say.

The fact that Miley is also constantly tweeting about how much she eats and what cravings she has could also be a sign that not all is well with her health, the expert speculates.

She might be trying to prove that she's not counting calories, that she eats healthily and, as such, that her weight loss is natural and effortless.

“What she really needs to do is address the issues she does not want to feel and is she trying to control,” Aronson further says.

Miley has already addressed rumors of an eating disorder to say that people should not jump to conclusions like this: she's healthy and happy and, just as importantly, she's working hard to have this slender figure by eating right and getting plenty of exercise.
