Singer and actress Miley Cyrus might be getting ready to take the next big step with her longtime beau Liam Hemsworth. The other day, she posted a photo of her hand on Twitter, rocking what could be an engagement ring. You can see the picture attached to this article.
In all fairness, Miley didn't upload the photo to show off the bauble, but rather to gush about the nail polish she'd just applied.
“I am soooo obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations! It looks so chic and classic!” she wrote on her official page.
It didn't take long for the photo to start making the rounds online, with many celebrity pundits saying she was trying to tell the world she was engaged – without actually doing so.
One source went to OK! Magazine to claim the engagement was a fact.
Admittedly though, they weren't ready to make the big announcement yet.
“They’re still keeping it a big secret, but they’re seriously talking marriage. Liam is crazy about her! Miley wants the whole nine yards as far as a big wedding goes,” said the spy.
TMZ notes that, later this weekend, Miley stepped out for a “Hunger Games” promo event, to support Liam, wearing the same ring on her engagement finger.
It too believes that chances are high that the two are getting ready for the wedding.
If true, this would confirm
reports of one week ago, when insiders told the US tabs that Miley was seriously thinking about tying the knot.
However, the only reason she was said to be thinking that was because she was afraid Liam might dump her, now that he'd become the biggest star of the two, thanks to “Hunger Games.”
While neither have yet spoken about such plans, both have made it pretty clear in previous interviews that they're very much in love – and devoted to each other.
