For some time now, the rumor that Kellan Lutz and Miley Cyrus are romantically involved has been making the rounds, especially in the blogosphere. Kellan himself denied it, but a fresh report claims he turned down her advances because she finds her “kind of gross.”

The “Twilight” hunk and the controversial singer were spotted together at a club and, since celebrities can’t be just friends, word immediately got out that they were dating.

The rumors persisted even after Kellan addressed them directly in an interview for his latest movie, “Hercules” (which, by the way, bombed at the domestic box office), saying that they had nothing romantic going on and stressing that they were friends who occasionally liked to party together.

The latest print issue of Life & Style magazine (story via Jezebel) claims that something more dramatic went down behind closed doors, with Miley practically throwing herself at Kellan’s feet and he turning her down because he wasn’t interested.

Admittedly, Miley is feeling “humiliated” because Kellan “wants nothing to do with her,” just like many other guys she fancied and turned her down since her engagement to Liam Hemsworth ended.

“In fact, a ‘friend’ of Kellan's says he thinks Miley is ‘kind of gross.’ The rest of the piece is about how this 21-year-old would love to be in a relationship but ‘she comes off an a man-eater’ and dudes don't like that,” Jezebel says. “Serious guys don't like someone who's constantly seeking attention,” an insider is quoted as saying.

“The copy also blames her parents for not ‘modeling appropriate behavior’ and scolds Miley for making a spectacle of herself, always partying and ‘throwing herself at married men’ — aka performing with Robin Thicke at the MTV Awards,” the e-zine continues.

The rather hilarious piece will come out at newsstands tomorrow, Friday, January 17, 2014.
