She once said she wasn’t making any wedding plans because she wanted a long engagement, but Miley Cyrus might have been trying to deliberately fool the press. A recent report claims she’s actually planning 3 different ceremonies.
Star magazine claims in its latest print issue (story via
CB) that Miley is totally going Bridezilla on
fiancé Liam Hemsworth, pulling all the stops to make sure their big day will truly be big in every sense possible.
“Miley Cyrus’ motto is ‘Go big, or go home!’ The 19-year-old diva is planning not one but three weddings to Liam Hemsworth, Star has learned,” the tab writes, citing the usual unnamed but admittedly reliable sources.
“The source says one will be at their home in Los Angeles, another in her native Tennessee and yet a third in Liam’s homeland of Australia next year. ‘Miley is planning to wear a different dress at each one,’ says a friend, who adds the wedding budget is already more than $1 million [€773,276],” the report goes on to say.
In August this year, shortly after the engagement was confirmed, Miley gave her first interview since the happy event, saying she was still taking her time enjoying being engaged and, as such, not really making wedding plans.
Moreover,
the commitment Liam took in proposing to her, and she when she said yes, was much more important than the actual wedding ceremony, she said, as we also
informed you at the time.
“Life is too short not to be with the person you want to be with. I don’t really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we’ve made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement,” Miley explained.
In the same interview, Miley gushed about her engagement ring and how she had “no input” in its choosing, how it’s different from anything she would ever wear and, consequently, all the more special for it.
