Miley Cyrus got into altercation with paparazzo after he hit her mom with his camera

Fresh off the success as host of Saturday Night Live, Miley Cyrus has a run-in with a too eager paparazzo who almost banged her mom in the head with his camera. The star did not let him go, though, without first giving him a piece of her mind.

The incident occurred outside the California Chicken Café, where Miley and her mother Tish grabbed a cup of coffee.

As they were preparing to leave and were heading to the car, a photographer went past Tish in a hurry, lifting his camera above her head – but still not high enough, as the video below will confirm.

Tish can be heard letting out a small cry of surprise, which is when Miley, who had seen the whole thing go down, says “What the… ?” and then goes after the guy.

She puts her hand on his camera to prevent her from snapping her while she’s giving him the lecture for hitting her mom, and doesn’t even hesitate to shove a finger in his face to let him know that some boundaries must never be crossed.

“You just rammed my mom with your camera. Don’t you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don’t you ever even think about it!” a furious Miley lashes out.

The guy doesn’t even make an attempt to apologize, only repeating that he’d never “disrespect” Tish like that.

Miley, even more furious than before, turns her back on his and heads for the car, with the final word “For real!” while the pap continues to say something about “disrespect” and how he’s now the one at the receiving end of it.

This is not the first time that Miley takes a stand against paparazzi, even though she’s normally very nice to them whenever they mob her on the street.

In an interview dating September 2009, Miley was saying being a pap was the most “disgusting” job possible, adding that she’d never imagined she’s sign up to be surrounded by them all the time when she decided to be a star.
