As the saying goes, if you got it, flaunt it. Miley Cyrus has lost some weight and has gotten into the best shape of her life recently, so she's understandably eager to show off the results of all that hard work.

At last night's 2012 Billboard Awards, she walked the red carpet in a tuxedo dress by Jean Paul Gaultier that left very little to the imagination.

You can see a photo of her outfit attached to this article.

Cut very low in front to reveal several delicate gold body necklaces, and so short that even sitting must have been a challenge, the “dress” revealed Miley's slender and fit body.

She matched it with a pair of sky-high black and white heels, amazing retro hair and smoky eye makeup.

Considering that today everybody's talking about how amazing she looked, we might just say that her red carpet outing was a hit.

In recent weeks, Miley has been getting some heat in the press for apparently losing more weight than she should have, with some tabloids even hinting that she was underweight and needed to stop the dieting and intense exercise asap.

One such report, for instance, claimed that she had plans to shed even more pounds, but that friends were worried she would be doing so at her own expense, seeing how she was already too skinny.

Officially, Miley credits her new figure to a combination of intense Pilates workouts (on a daily basis) and going on a gluten-free diet because she's intolerant to it.

“Miley is now underweight at 100 pounds [45.3 kg],” private trainer Thomas Johnson of Santa Monica Sports Medicine said for the US media a few days ago, as we also reported at the time.

“She is likely overtraining, which can increase her chances of depression and hypertension,” Johnson added.

He never met or treated Miley and, for what it's worth, Miley has already denied rumors that she was anorexic or doing anything that might endanger her health in tackling weight loss.
