14 DAY TRIAL // 20-year-old Miley Cyrus is now trying to cope with the loss of her beloved dog, Lila. Miley's “angel,” as she used to call her, passed away just two months after having been hospitalized.
What Miley liked most about 2-year-old Lila was the fact that she loved her unconditionally, and it is precisely the loss of this love that the celebrity is now mourning.
“For everyone asking... I have never been so hurt in my life. My heart has never been so broken... Lila my sweet baby has passed away,” Miley Cyrus tweeted seeking to get some comfort from her fans.
“Can't think of one good reason to get out of bed today,” she wrote prior to coming forth with the news of her loss.
Apparently, Miley now wishes to take some time off and spend a few days coping with Lila's sudden death, sources say.
“Broken. Gonna go MIA for a bit. Need some healing time. Thank you to everyone who has sent love my way. I need it,” Miley said.
Hopefully, her other pooches and her fiancé will help the star get through these difficult times.
