Disney’s favorite IT girl of the moment, Miley Cyrus, can be sweet when she wants to, but not when someone publicly denies to meet with her to hang out. According to a report on NME, during a recent radio show, Miley lashed out at Radiohead, once her favorite band, because the boys refused to meet with her backstage without offering a logical explanation for doing so.

The teen star was left very angry and upset when the band refused to meet with her backstage at this year’s Grammy Awards. Obviously, she extended the invitation believing that the boys would agree on the spot, which is why their refusal took her by surprise. When Radiohead’s team told Miley’s manager that “The band doesn’t really do that,” the young singer was almost heartbroken, she says for a Portland radio station.

Her disappointment was all the much worse as Radiohead is “The reason I love music,” as Miley explains for the radio station. Nevertheless, she will not let the incident just go by, and she plans to “ruin” Radiohead, as to her own admission. The teen singer, actress and songwriter fails to mention what she may have in mind to accomplish that, though.

“The reason I’m in this business is to make people happy.” Miley said in the interview, somehow implying that Radiohead were not. “I left ‘cause I was so upset. I wasn’t going to watch. Stinkin’ Radiohead! I’m gonna ruin them, I’m going to tell everyone.” the singer continued by stressing.

Even if she was joking when she said all this, several media outlets are pointing out, this was a diss at Radiohead, no doubt about it, and it put Miley in a rather negative light for acting like a brat instead of the professional she says she is.

Just recently, the Disney star saw her name involved in a huge scandal, when a photo from her personal album was leaked on the Internet. It showed Miley “slanting her eyes” at the camera, in a gesture that was interpreted as mocking towards Asians, and several organizations demanded that she apologized for the “racially offensive” photo.

“I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles.” the singer told by means of an apology.
