Miley Cyrus still isn't willing to let go and is suffering over the loss of her beloved dog she affectionately named Floyd. A few months ago, dear old Floyd died tragically and unexpectedly after an incident involving a coyote, and Miley is now trying to reach out to him.

The Daily Mirror reports that Miley went all out in her new effort and hired a dog psychic (yes, that is a real profession) to help her get over Floyd's death. You could tell that Floyd has been constantly on Miley's mind ever since he died, because she kept posting tributes to him on social media.

Now, Hollywood animal medium Melissa Bacelar tells the press that “It was particularly hard as [Miley] wasn't there when Floyd died, so there would have been a huge amount of guilt.” She explains the process by which she makes a connection with the departed pet and the surviving owner.

“I connect with the dog telepathically. Some will give me actual words but, most of the time, I will get images and feelings, which I then pass on to the owner,” Melissa continues.

This is merely the latest antic Miley has pulled in connection with her dead dog. Earlier in the month, she got a tattoo of the deceased canine, but not only that, she also talked a couple of her friends to get same said tattoo, which looked like it was drawn on by a six-year-old.

Photos of the tattoo were later posted on social media and captioned “#withalittlehelpfrommyfwends #housepartygreentonguefloydtats (sic).” The first hashtag is actually a verbatim reproduction of the words in the tattoo that reads “With a little help from my Fwends.”

Floyd was an Alaskan Klee Kai and died in April of this year, causing Cyrus great heartbreak. In fact, the pop singer suffered a breakdown that caused her to take a break from performing on her Bangerz tour.

When she eventually returned, she often ended up crying on stage during special songs she dedicated to her dog. Her entire grieving process was very public, as Miley even took to singing on stage accompanied by a large inflatable statue of her dog.

Since then, Miley has gotten a new dog, a Rough Collie by the name of Emu Coyne Cyrus, that has thus joined Miley's three other pet dogs. The pop star has insisted that Emu Coyne is not, by any means, a replacement for her dead Floyd.
