When someone like Miley Cyrus says you're partying too hard, then you're partying too hard! Justin Bieber received a piece of advice from the unlikeliest source possible, equally controversial singer Miley Cyrus.

Though just a few years separate the two singers, even Miley is worried at the state Justin's career is spiraling out of control. Speaking to Jay Leno on the Tonight Show, Miley had a few words of advice for the Canadian teen.

“You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble, and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it,” Cyrus said speaking at the camera as if she were addressing Justin himself.

Whereas Miley is controversial on stage, Justin, on the other hand, chose to take his controversy on the streets, a fact that Miley was quick to point out: “I get the most flack from anybody but I don't do anything illegal.”

“I'm doing a lot of [expletive], but I'm not doing anything illegal – so that's alright. Everything I do is legal in California,” Miley added. Justin, however, has several cases pending against him which include assault, DUI and felony vandalism among others.

He faces jail and/or deportation back to Canada, not to mention ruining his musical aspirations by crossing a large portion of his fan base. And speaking of fan base, Miley did mention hers, “You know it's funny cos today I was looking, my fans had put all these mugshots up and they were like, ‘I don't see a Miley mugshot yet.’”

Miley did appear a little jubilant during that remark, but overall, she tried to dish out as much wisdom without trashing the Canadian crooner.

Even if she's not the very image of innocence herself, Miley did seem to have just a little bit more common sense when it came to avoiding media scandal. She's just done an Unplugged concert for MTV which also featured Madonna and she's also preparing a world tour to promote her latest album “Bangerz.”
