She may be one of the most beautiful women in showbiz right now – as well as a very promising actress – but good looks is not what Mila Kunis looks for in a man because she knows that beauty doesn’t last.

The star, who can also be seen now in the critically acclaimed “Black Swan,” is featured in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, where she’s named the Fun and Fearless Female of the Year.

Asked about what she’s looking for in a man, Mila says beauty comes last. Incidentally, she recently split from her boyfriend Macaulay Culkin after about 8 years together.

“Confidence, not cockiness. Knowing who you are is confidence. Cockiness is knowing who you are and pushing it down everyone’s throat,” the actress says of the ideal traits she looks for in a man.

Beauty only lasts so much, she says and, somehow, one gets the distinct impression she’s speaking about the ladies too.

“Looks go; they fade. I don’t think looks matter…” she says. Back on the topic of men, she explains being a true gentleman is also a winning quality with her.

“[I like men who] do gentlemanly things like open the door for me while writing me a song and taking control in the bedroom while showing off his muscles,” she says.

In the same interview, Mila also makes quite a startling revelation: until recently, she could see almost nothing with one eye because of a condition called chronic iritis.

“I was blind in one eye for many years, and nobody knew… I’m not blind anymore. I had surgery a couple of months ago. They cut it open and dropped a new lens in there,” she says.

She also dishes on who were the best kissers she’s ever shared the screen with and, not surprisingly, Justin Timberlake made the cut, as also did James Franco, Ashton Kutcher and, of course, her “Black Swan” co-star Natalie Portman.
