14 DAY TRIAL // Don’t expect Mila Kunis to go back to work on a new movie right after she gives birth to her and Ashton Kutcher’s first child together. In a new interview with W Magazine, the actress reveals that she plans to put her family first and not her career, like other female stars have done.
Don’t call it a retirement because Mila doesn’t refer to it as such, but this is exactly what it sounds like to us.
“I’m sure Meryl Streep has a very different point of view. But I’m excited about being a full-time mom,” Mila says.
Ironically, Mila is announcing her plans of going away from the spotlight while she’s promoting a new movie, the sci-fi “Jupiter Ascending.” She’s also taking to a media outlet about very private matters just a short while after she was criticized for her behavior during another interview, in which she made it a point to say she never discussed such matters with the press.
But depending on who’s asking, Mila can be very generous. For instance, if W asks, she’s even willing to dish out wedding details. “I never wanted to get married. Now my theory on weddings is: Don't invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They're just excited that I said yes,” she explains.
She’s also willing to even go back in time, to describe her first ever kiss, which took place with Ashton, back in the day when they were working on “That ‘70s Show” together.
“My first real kiss ever was with him on the show. And when That ’70s Show had a prom, my date for the prom turned out to be my fiancé. We can honestly say that we went to prom together!,” Mila gushes. “I went through everything embarrassing that a girl can go through in front of my fiancé. There’s no question that he’s seen the worst. I find that comforting.”
From another interview, we already know that Ashton will be in the delivery room when Mila gives birth naturally, but that she insists on his remaining above the waistline: he doesn’t need to see what’s going on downstairs.
We also know that the beauty wants more kids and that she has high hopes they won’t grow up to be jerks, because she and their dad will do their best to give them the best education possible, while also teaching them the value of money: just because they’re rich, it doesn’t mean their kids will be out of touch with reality.
