Ubisoft just announced a release date for their upcoming Might & Magic X title, it's set to hit the markets on January 23, for PC, in both digital and retail editions.

Might & Magic X was developed by Limbic Entertainment, a German studio that has been a third party Ubisoft dev for close to four years.

Following a successful open development phase that began in August this year, offering early access to the game's first act to all gamers who pre-ordered the deluxe edition, the developer was able to integrate the fanbase's feedback in trying to make the best possible modern successor, after the series’ 10 year hiatus.

Might & Magic X: Legacy was made in the image of its predecessors, being a single-player first-person role-playing game with turn-based gameplay and offering a classic experience.

The game sees players gathering and leading a group of adventurers in and around the city of Karthal, in search of mythical creatures to battle and untold treasure to gather, ultimately determining the fate of the whole Agyn Peninsula.

The Tales of Might & Magic bundle on GOG packs all previous nine games for just $7 / €5, the offer still standing for another 7 hours.
