Wrestling, fighting, American football, mad racing and thrilling first person shooter action are just some of the things we should expect to get from Midway during this year's E3 event which will be held in Los Angeles and is considered the biggest and best media summit in the world. With a triple A lineup of games, including new IPs, as well as hugely successful franchises brought back to life, the company will surely have one of the most visited stands.

Without further ado, here are the titles you'll be able to check if you're in LA between the 15th and the 17th of July:

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is clearly the headliner, bringing together the series' best fighters to prove their skills against super heroes like Superman, Batman and others. New features of the game include never seen before combat modes (like an amazing Freefall Kombat or a super violent Klose Kombat), dynamic multi-tiered environments and single player story modes for all the characters. With the game expected to hit the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles by the end of the year, we're getting ready for the best of the best.

Original IP Wheelman, featuring star actor Vin Diesel promises to be one of the headliners of this year's event, with its spectacular, Hollywood-like stunts and storyline, cinematic rides and star-filled cast of characters. The game is scheduled to be released this fall for next gen consoles as well as PC systems.

The "full contact" lineup will be completed by the showcase of the upcoming TNA iMPACT wrestling game scheduled for release this September and Blitz the League II, a tough football experience. TNA iMPACT brings players all the adrenaline and excitement of real wrestling matches, while the football simulator will deliver even more action to the classic football gameplay methods, turning the players on the pitch into real warriors.

Midway's open world experience, This Is Vegas, will also be presented during this year's E3, together with the better known Unreal Tournament 3 for the Xbox 360 and casual titles Game Party 2 and Touchmaster 2, both for the Nintendo DS handheld.
