The Actionable Market Intelligence Solution is a product designed to incorporate technologies from ExactTarget, Neudesic and Microsoft. Advertised as delivering end-to-end sales and marketing capabilities, the Actionable Market Intelligence Solution is based on the Redmond company's customer management relationship technology. The three partners pointed out that the product would offer business customers streamline access to data centralized from both the marketing and sales teams, allowing them to easily measure effectiveness.

“The alliance with ExactTarget and Neudesic is a concerted effort to expand the capabilities that Microsoft offers customers by partnering with software and service providers,” explained Greg Urquhart, general manager for U.S. ISV and NSI Partners at Microsoft. Parsa Rohani, CEO of Neudesic, also applauded the partnership with the software giant, indicating that customers, partners and the Redmond company itself had to gain from the integrated strategy.

In addition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Actionable Market Intelligence Solution also contains email and marketing automation products built by ExactTarget, as well as system integration capabilities from Neudesic. “By combining the product and service capabilities of top independent software vendors (ISVs) and National System Integrator Gold Certified Partners, we are able to bring to market integrated solutions that are more relevant to the needs of our customers,” Urquhart added.

The promise from the three partners is that customers will be able to enjoy a high level of automation, when it comes down to sales and marketing.
