Microsoft has just announced that this month’s Patch Tuesday cycle will bring us a total of 10 security bulletins, two of which are rated as “critical.”

The tech giant will patch every single version of Windows currently on the market, including XP, Vista, 7, 8 and RT, while most Internet Explorer builds will get either “important” or “critical” updates.

As usual, Microsoft doesn’t provide any specifics in advance, just to make sure all users are on the safe side, but in addition to Windows and IE, the company will also fix flaws in Office, Windows Essentials, Lync and .NET Framework.

What’s more, Microsoft is also believed to prepare the release of a full patch for the recently-spotted Internet Explorer 8 security flaw in addition to the Fix it tool the company rolled out yesterday.

All patches will be delivered via the integrated Windows Update, so make sure your computer is connected to the Internet on Tuesday morning.
