Report claims that the software maker is working on new options for SkyDrive.com

Microsoft continues work on SkyDrive.com, with a new report indicating that some new folder filters for the browser-based version of the cloud service are now under development.

LiveSide.net reports that Microsoft is trying to make it easier for users to view and manage their photos stored in the cloud by implementing what is being called folder filters to quickly access pictures stored in a specific directory.

In addition, the company is planning new customization options to allow users to configure a selected folder for the timelines, as well as to pick a directory as the default view for the “All photos” view mode in the browser.

Microsoft is yet to comment on SkyDrive improvements, but the aforementioned source reports that more new features are under development right now, so they could all be released in the coming months.
