Microsoft’s Magic Landscapes Theme Available for Download

Microsoft is really keen on offering users customization options for the new Windows 8 operating system, so the company is releasing new official themes every once in a while.

This time, the package is called “Magic Landscapes” and brings users beautiful wallpapers from several countries around the globe, such as Germany, the UK and Portugal.

What’s interesting is that the theme can be used on both Windows 7 and Windows 8, regardless of the version. Both 32- and 64-bit builds are supported.

“Adorn your desktop with some of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth, as seen through the lens of photographer Michael Breitung. Waterfalls, mountains, fields, and coasts fill this free Windows theme,” Microsoft explains in the product’s description.

As always, minimum user input is necessary: simply download the theme and double-click it to deploy all files.
