14 DAY TRIAL // Two new Windows Phones became available for purchase in the United States on Sunday, namely the Nokia Lumia 900 and the HTC TITAN II, both of them on shelves at wireless carrier AT&T.
These two feature support for AT&T’s LTE network and promise fast data connectivity, as well as a great overall experience, courtesy of Microsoft’s mobile operating system.
To celebrate the launch, the Redmond-based software giant came up with a promotion for all those who are interested in the company’s product.
The promo does not require the purchase of a Windows Phone device, but is available for access through the Free-Time Machine website via Windows Phones and through desktop PCs.
“Windows Phone makes everyday faster and gives you free time. So don’t wait another second, use the Free-Time Machine and you could win a great way to use your free time – a HAWAIIAN VACATION for four,” Microsoft notes.
The software giant claims that over 200,000 instant prizes are included in this promotion. Users will have to go to said website and enter their email to be eligible for participation.
The sweepstakes will run until May 31st, and Microsoft came up with Free-Time Machines in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago for it. The campaign is accessible to all United States residents of age 18 or older.
“What’s a Free-Time Machine, you ask? Think of it like an ATM. Only instead of cash, these things spit out prizes that will save you time—stuff like free grocery deliveries, cleaning and dog-walking services, and access to personal concierges,” Microsoft explains.
Windows Phone devices will also be there for users to win, and Microsoft also invited celebrities to participate in this promotion.
“In New York, Kourtney Kardashian will free up one winner’s time by providing access to her hair stylist, makeup artist, car service, and a personal shopper from her clothing boutique, DASH,” the company notes.
“In San Francisco, 49ers tight end Vernon Davis will give one time-pressed winner some extra help for the day. While in Chicago, chef and James Beard Award-nominee Stephanie Izard will dish out free time and food to a lucky someone.”
At the moment, HTC TITAN II is available in Blue Gray, while Nokia Lumia 900 was released in Black and Cyan. A White flavor of Nokia’s Windows Phone will arrive on shelves on April 22nd.
