Microsoft’s Dynamic Business vision involves a boost in productivity, increased insight on business process, which in turn leads to increased control, and better connections with companies and partners in the same ecosystem. According to the Redmond company, two of its solutions are perfectly capable of delivering on the promise of Dynamic Business, namely Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM.

Convergence 2009 Europe will act as the stage from which Microsoft will present to a few thousand customers and partners its Dynamic Business vision, which just turned one year old. Convergence 2009 Europe is a four-city tour involving events in London, Vienna, Frankfurt and Rotterdam from Oct. 27 to Nov. 5, and which has already been sold out. The focus, according to the Redmond company, will be on its enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions.

Kirill Tatarinov, corporate vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS), will be the one opening Convergence 2009 Europe with a keynote designed to illustrate just how Dynamics ERP and CRM can optimize business processes. A key aspect of Microsoft’s Dynamics products is their adaptability to new trends and market shifts, the software giant noted.

In this regard, Convergence 2009 Europe will be used to showcase just how Dynamics solutions can be tailored to environmental sustainability and social media trends. At the same time, the two products can be made to play nice with new technology features and products, including Windows 7 and Windows Touch.

“Microsoft Dynamics delivers the value, simplicity, innovation and choice that allow businesses worldwide to endure, prevail and increase their competitiveness during these challenging economic times,” Tatarinov explained. He also announced that all Microsoft Dynamics products were certified to run on Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 as of Oct. 22, 2009, the official launch date for Windows 7.
