Microsoft’s new CEO Satya Nadella announced a number of changes to his leadership team this morning, revealing that Scott Guthrie, who was the interim head of the Cloud and Enterprise division for approximately one month, would be named Executive Vice President.

Julie Larson-Green will be the new Chief Experience Officer and will be in charge of a so-called My Life and Work team included in the Applications and Services Group headed by Qi Lu.

Stephen Elop, the former Nokia boss who is still an employee of the Finish mobile phone maker, will be the new Executive Vice President of the Microsoft Devices Group.

Satya Nadella said in an email sent to employees this morning that he’s already working with Elop on the integration of Nokia’s devices and services unit into Microsoft, so the former Nokia boss is the right man for the job. Microsoft’s Nokia takeover is expected to complete later this month.

Today’s announcement comes after the departure of long-time Microsoft executive Antoine Leblond who decided to leave the company yesterday after being sidelined in the company’s One Microsoft transformation plan started by former CEO Steve Ballmer last year.
