Microsoft and MS-HUG to Award Innovation for Healthcare

Clinical Records, Inpatient; Clinical Records, Ambulatory; Delivery Transformation; Disease Surveillance; Interoperability and Outcome Reporting are the categories Microsoft and Microsoft
Healthcare Users Group have opened to healthcare organizations entries.

"The MS-HUG Healthcare Innovation Awards showcase organizations that promote performance breakthroughs by enhancing the quality of patient care, reducing costs, streamlining clinical and business processes, driving interoperability, improving productivity and workflow, and enabling informed decisions. The awards will recognize the healthcare organization, together with any collaborating industry solutions vendor or systems integrator, that demonstrates industry leadership," revealed Microsoft in a press release.

The MS-HUG Healthcare Innovation Awards have reached the 10th edition, and MS-HUG has set November 20th, 2006 as the deadline for the submission of all entries. Additional information is available here.
