As I’ve reported to you not a long time ago, Microsoft has decided to launch what it calls Gift Cards to allow users to purchase apps from the Store without a credit card.

Now WMPoweruser is reporting that gift cards are already up for grabs in Europe via the British and the German pages of Amazon. The cheapest gift card is priced at 15 pounds (€17 / $24), while the most expensive costs 50 pounds (€59 / $80) in the United Kingdom.

The gift cards can be used to purchase apps from the Windows 8 Store, the Windows Phone Store, and the Xbox Store.

Microsoft initially announced that all Windows Store Gift Cards would go on sale on October 18, the same date when Windows 8.1 is projected to make its public debut, so more details are expected to be provided in just a few days.
