Microsoft has updated its Xbox Music application for Android devices earlier this week and has confirmed that it has added support for offline music playback.

Today, the Redmond-based company is back with yet another update for Xbox Music. However, this time it’s all about bug fixes.

According to the official changelog, the update promises a bug fix to enable streaming playback on Android 4.4 KitKat.

The bug fix only affects a range of Motorola devices, such as the Moto X and Moto G, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition.

Moreover, Microsoft has confirmed that its engineers are now investigating a bug fix to enable offline soon on these impacted devices.

You can now download Xbox Music for Android for free via Google Play store. Keep in mind that the application is only compatible with devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.
