The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analytics Foundation addresses Microsoft Dynamics CRM users, delivering new business intelligence tools management. Due to the fact that Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analytics Foundation is a shared-source download, the business intelligence solution accelerator is available at no extra charge for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 customers and partners.

Via Analytics Foundation Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 users will be able to leverage comprehensive analysis and management of customer processes. Analytics Foundation is designed to make business intelligence an integer part of evaluating performance, areas of interest, sales and revenue through predictive analytics.

With Analytics Foundation, Microsoft aims to offer pervasive business intelligence, including real-time business performance management, ad-hoc reporting and analysis and predictive analysis. Analytics Foundation will over an overview of the real-time health of the business, will enable standalone evaluation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and the implementation of data-mining algorithms within Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
