Microsoft has officially announced that Windows 8.1 would come with a brand new Internet Explorer version, but the company only revealed little about the refreshed browser.

Still, the Softies have decided to tease us once again ahead of the public launch, this time with an image that reveals almost nothing about the upcoming version.

But according to some previous leaks, IE11 will pack plenty of updates, including improved touch support and new features such as tab syncing across multiple devices.

Here’s what Microsoft said in yesterday’s announcement on Windows 8.1:

“IE11 builds on the advancements in IE10 and is the only browser that is built for touch. IE11 will offer even better touch performance, faster page load times and several other new features we think you will enjoy. For example, you can now adjust the appearance of modern IE11 to always show the address bar and you can have as many open tabs as you like. And you can access your open tabs in sync across your other Windows 8.1 devices.”
