Microsoft Talks ISV Ecosystem for Dynamic Businesses
More companies are joining Microsoft's global ISV program
In addition to announcing that there will be upgrades coming to various products in its Dynamic Businesses offering, Microsoft has also provided some info on what its customers can take advantage of when it comes to some of these products.Various specialized capabilities will be available for customers interested in these products, helping them drive success to their businesses, regardless of whether it comes to industrial equipment manufacturing or specialized retail and fashion.
According to Microsoft, these multiple vertical services hosted on Windows Azure come from the independent software vendor (ISV) ecosystem for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.

Many of Microsoft’s partners are offering support for Dynamics AX 2012, including Accenture (transportation services solution), Bull (public sector), Cincom Systems Inc. (complex enterprise and manufacturing solutions), and McLane Logistics Technology (distribution solution).
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is delivering a modern architecture, flexibility and ease of use to all these companies, and is helping them in their pursuit of bringing their users to the cloud.
“These partners join Microsoft’s broad portfolio of other leading vertical global ISVs, which view Microsoft Dynamics as a critical component in helping propel customers to become connected, forward-looking enterprises,” Microsoft notes.
Moreover, the Redmond-based software giant notes that new companies are joining its global ISV program, including CareWorks (social services solution) and Redknee Inc. (customer care solution). Ericsson (call center) and Convergys (customer care solution) are also Microsoft partners in this area.
On top of that, the vendor announced a social intelligence alliance with InsideView Inc., the 2011 Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace Solution Excellence Partner of the Year and a silver sponsor for Convergence 2012.
“This alliance will allow customers to use the InsideView platform directly within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to analyze social media and user-contributed, traditional and proprietary editorial information to provide compelling insights about their customers directly within Microsoft Dynamics CRM at no additional cost,” the company notes.
