More and more users are complaining online that the Windows logo on the back of their Surface tablet is slowly wearing off, so Microsoft had no other choice than to start replacing them all.

One of the affected users confirmed on the Microsoft support forums that contacting the nearest retail Store does the job, as the staff has apparently been requested to replace all faulty devices.

“Well I was on the phone for 2 hours but they have committed to replacing my Surface. If you have this issue and are unhappy about it, for sure contact support they will (eventually) get you sorted out,” one user wrote on the support forums.

Those who also want to get their device replaced for such a problem are strongly recommended to contact Microsoft using the information available on this page.
