Microsoft is reportedly working on a brand new chat service that would be implemented in its Bing search engine and would allow users searching for the same things to talk to each other from the browser.

LiveSide.net writes that the tech giant is already testing the service, with some early screenshots revealing that the company is planning to call it “Bing Live Chat.”

Currently in beta, the new service would allow users searching for the same keywords to chat straight from their browsers using their Microsoft accounts.

This means that those who wish to access the instant messaging service would have to login to their Microsoft accounts every time they search the web using Bing.

It’s not yet clear if Microsoft is indeed planning to publicly release such a feature, but a live chat would clearly come in handy to many Bing users out there.
