Tech giant Microsoft has recently published a new clip online, trying to show developers that the company really appreciates their efforts to improve some of the tools in the company’s product range.

Basically, developers are playing a key role for Microsoft right now, not only because of the new Windows 8, but also following the launch of Internet Explorer 10.

The new version of Microsoft’s in-house browser packs several new tools aimed at developers, while Windows 8 needs more apps to succeed in an increasingly-crowded market.

Microsoft has even launched several campaigns to get closer to developers and convince them to port apps to Windows 8, but the number of Metro tools continues to grow bigger at a rather slow pace.

What’s more, Microsoft uses the BUILD developer conference due in June to introduce the new Windows Blue OS, giving devs the option to preview the new software before everybody else.
