The company continues its effort to promote the browser

Internet Explorer 10 is slowly gaining new users, but previous versions, including IE8 and IE9, continue to rule the browser market.

Microsoft doesn’t really care about this ranking and continues to advertise Internet Explorer 10, this time with an advertisement aimed at the Metro version of the browser available on all Windows 8 platforms.

Of course, the ace up its sleeve is the perfect touch support that allows users who own touch-capable computers or tablets to browse the web without leaving the Metro interface.

As compared to previous ads, this new one dumps all funny and nostalgic things for a more mature approach, trying to show everyone that the Internet Explorer 10 touch support is a great feature.

In the meantime, Microsoft has already started work on Internet Explorer 11, the next major overhaul of its browser that’s expected to see daylight together with Windows Blue in mid-2013.
