2013 was a pretty tough year for Microsoft and a lot happened in the Redmond campus throughout these 12 months, so the company decided to showcase the most important moments in style.

The tech giant rolled out a video called “Microsoft in 2013: A video selfie” that highlights the key moments of the last year, including the launch of Windows 8.1 and of the second-generation Surface tablet.

“A lot can happen in a year -- for any one person, or in this case, a company. In 2013, Microsoft introduced the world to a slew of new products, including Windows 8.1, Surface 2 and Xbox One, celebrated Skype's 10th anniversary and opened a new CSI-style Cybercrime Center. Check out our biggest milestones of the past 12 months!” Microsoft said.

Unsurprisingly, Microsoft hasn’t included the departure of CEO Steve Ballmer in the video, but it’s still worth a look, so hit the play button and then let us know what you think in the comment box below.
