Tech giant Microsoft rolled out the Metro version of Bing Translator a few days ago, but an update for the app is already available in the Store.

While no specifics have been provided on this new version, Microsoft has most likely tried to focus on stability and performance improvements, so all users are recommended to get the update as soon as possible.

As you most likely heard by now, this Metro app allows you to translate text into more than 40 languages, while also providing camera support to translate signs, menus, newspapers, or any printed text by simply pointing the PC’s camera at it.

“The Bing Translator App for Windows is your companion when you need to quickly translate what you are looking at. Use your camera or just type the text you want to translate. Text and camera translation work offline with downloadable language packs, so you can get the power of Bing Translator on-the-go, even when you don't have an Internet connection,” the app description reads.
