Microsoft yesterday rolled out Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7, making the latest version of its very own browser available to users of some other Windows versions beside 8.1.

Just as expected, Internet Explorer 11 comes with lots of enhancements, including improved stability and a faster browsing engine, with Microsoft claiming that this version is much superior to all the other releases.

Internet Explorer 11 is the default Windows 8.1 browser and is being offered in two different flavors for the Modern UI and the standard desktop environment.

Windows 7 users, on the other hand, will get the new IE11 in the coming weeks, with Microsoft to offer the browser via Windows Update to all users. Of course, you can always download Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 manually from Softpedia.
