14 DAY TRIAL // With more than 5,500 applications in the marketplace and rising, Windows Phone 7 is hot on wheels at CES 2011, in Las Vegas. Microsoft has just unveiled a list of titles for its latest mobile platform, which will be soon downloadable from the marketplace.
The most interesting title announced by Microsoft is Fable III: Coin Golf, which will be exclusively released for Windows Phone 7 smartphones. Fable III: Coin Golf is a suite of medieval puzzle and action games which are set in the Fable universe.
Furthermore, to make things more interesting Microsoft enables gamers the option to transfer their money generated in Coin Golf in Fable III. Also, as the game progresses, Coin Golf gamers will be able to unlock several unique skills and abilities for both Xbox360 and PC versions of Fable III.
The Xbox Live Game Room, which is an old-school virtual arcade where gamers can battle it out playing 30 classics, will be populated with classic arcade titles such as: Centipede, Asteroids Deluxe, Shao-Lin's Road, Time Pilot, Lunar Lander and Pitfall.
Full House Poker is the mobile version of the Xbox LIVE Arcade game and lets gamers build their bankroll and unlock awards on the go. The game offers Single Player Pro takedown, standard and tournament-style single player games against up to five virtual opponents. Also, the game lets players use their actual Avatar.
One of the most popular arcade game “PAC-MAN,” developed by NAMCO Bandai Games is making its debut on the Windows Phone 7 mobile platform. Players will be able to direct PAC-MAN using the standard flick-to-change-directions method or try out the new virtual-analog “PAC-PAD” controls.
Designed by Konami, “Pro Evolution Soccer” is another title that will be available on Windows Phone 7 smartphones in 2011. In addition to the incredible gameplay and excellent graphics, the game offers players the possibility to compare their skills with friends and rivals around the world on Xbox LIVE leaderboards.
One of the latest titles announced by Microsoft is “Pocket God,” one of the most successful games for the iPhone. The game lets players rule a small island nation inhabited by pygmies. Take countless numbers of life and death decisions by entertaining or killing any of the summoned pygmies.
Exclusive achievements are also available and will appear on the Gamerscore card, as soon as they are unlocked.
