Some users still experience frequent random crashes

Microsoft has just released another update for its Remote Desktop application for Android devices, which promises to fix lots of bugs and add some new features.

First of all, developers have confirmed that the application now features pinch-to-zoom support in Mouse Pointer mode. There's also improved support for stylus input.

Last but not least, there are some performance improvements and some bug fixes, but Microsoft did not offer additional details on any of them.

The bad news is that some Android users are still experiencing frequent random crashes when using the Remote Desktop app, so Microsoft should push another update on Google Play pretty soon.

You can now download Microsoft Remote Desktop for Android 8.0.2 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up.
