The company is trying to show users that Windows 8.1 apps can really come in handy

Windows 8.1 comes with several improvements over Windows 8, including a new app called Bing Food & Drink that promises to assist users as they learn how to cook.

Even though only a few users have actually tried out the app, Microsoft rolled out a new ad to show that Bing Food & Drink can really come in handy, especially with the help of the Modern version of OneNote.

Bing Food & Drink is a Windows 8.1-exclusive and is available on both desktops and tablets, with support also offered for Windows RT devices, such as Microsoft’s very own Surface RT.
