The release of Windows Vista will create
a new wave of demand for applications that MicroISVs supply. Project Glidepath is a MicroISV Evangelism program that delivers the workflow-based guidance, sample code, content and technology you need to create successful applications for Windows Vista.

Project Glidepath is a freely available Visual Studio 2005 Software Factory add-in which provides specific content, technology and templates for building applications for Windows Vista and .Net Framework 3.0.

Project Glidepath also delivers workflow-based guidance, code, templates and other content via a software factory, a Visual Studio add-in, consisting of tools for building a product which is a member of a product family.

Project Glidepath's product family is defined as "applications for Windows Vista including applications which use .Net Framework 3.0 technology on down-level operating systems".
Applications built with Project Glidepath focus on making their core application logic reusable so that the user experience can be delivered on many platforms (desktop, mobile, web).

Project Glidepath formally launches July 15th at the Shareware Industry Conference (www.sic.org) where we will unveil details about an exciting opportunity Project Glidepath will provide to help your MicroISV become "rich and famous."

For more information about this project you can follow the Project Glidepath blog and watch a video introduction to Project Glidepath.
