Microsoft continues its aggressive marketing campaign for Windows 8, this time with an advertisement that pokes fun at Apple’s very own Siri.

While this isn’t the first time we’re seeing the Redmond-based tech giant attacking one of its rivals with the help of a public ad, it’s pretty clear that the company is quickly turning this strategy into a common practice that might in the end pay off and boost its sales.

As you can see for yourselves by clicking the play button of this video, Microsoft claims that Windows 8 and the Surface tablet provide a much better overall package than Apple’s Siri and the iPad, even though the latter remains the clear leader of the tablet market.

Before bashing Microsoft for its anti-Google and Apple adverts, let’s not forget that the fruity-named company did the same thing a few years ago with the famous Mac vs. PC commercials that more or less brought Vista down.
