Microsoft did promise that a range of hot new PCs will be showcased at this year’s International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and the company’s OEM partners certainly lived up to the expectation. Case in point: Acer ICONIA. With its two multi-touch displays, the Acer ICONIA is truly an impressive device, and customers will not have to wait very long before they’ll be able to get their hands on the real thing.

Microsoft’s Ben Rudolph was at CES 2011 and he put together a video showing three new computers from Acer.

The video embedded at the bottom of this article offers a taste of new machines including the Acer ICONIA, Aspire 8950G and Revo.

“I spent some time with Acer Product Manager Ray Sawall and Business Manager Irene Chan who got me some hands-on time with the hot new 14” dual touchscreen ICONIA.

“I was also really impressed by the industrial design of the massive 18.4” Aspire 8950G, and the bafflingly thin Revo desktop that sports a docking multi-touch remote/keyboard. I’m thinking that little guy might be my next Media Center PC when it hits the market,” Rudolph said.

As far as I’m concerned, the best part of the Acer ICONIA is the price. Users will get two 14 inch touch screens, powered by an Intel Core i5, 4GB of RAM and additional powerful components at approximately $1,000.

The Aspire 8950G media monster is also quite cheap by any standards, especially considering the hardware that it packs, at only around $1,500.

And users are also bound to love the price of the Revo, which despite its appearance is a fully-fledged Windows 7 PC. Check out the keyboard packaged with the Revo and just think at all the scenarios in which you could enhance your living room TV experiences.
