Considering the large amount of information that we have received in the last couple of weeks, Verizon and Microsoft are expected to announce the Lumia 735 very soon.

Nokia Lumia 735 was released on the market back in September 2014, and it's still powered by Windows Phone 8.1, but Microsoft plans to release a Windows 10 upgrade at some point.

However, the Verizon version of Lumia 735 is expected to ship with Windows Phone 8.1 Updates 2 right out of the box.

Many of you probably know by now that Microsoft doesn't plan to release GDR2 update to all Lumia smartphones, but Lumia 735 and Lumia 830 have been confirmed to receive the update at some point.

Microsoft Lumia 640 is one of the few smartphones that ship with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 onboard, but Verizon Lumia 735 will add to the list when released.

Verizon might announce the Windows Phone in the next couple of days

Speaking of Lumia 735's launch at Verizon, it looks like the official announcement might go live any moment now since Microsoft accidentally tweeted the smartphone in regard with a music application called Spectrum Analyzer.

The tweet has been removed by Microsoft soon after, but not before the folks over at Microsoft Lovers could take a screenshot of it.

Those expecting for Verizon to announce the smartphone may want to know that the Lumia 735 comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Also, the handset sports a 4.7-inch OLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

Last but not least, Lumia 735 packs a 6.7-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.
