One of the most anticipated Windows Phone handsets in the United States, T-Mobile Lumia 640 and Verizon Lumia 735, have already made their debut on the market.

As expected, they have been very popular among customers looking for affordable but reliable smartphones, hence the many promotions both T-Mobile and Verizon offer for these Windows Phone handsets.

Although it was initially available at Verizon for $80 with new two-year agreements, the carrier has decided to make the Lumia 735 even more appealing for its customers.

It looks like those patiently waiting for Verizon's Lumia 735 price to go down won't have to wait any longer now since the smartphone is now available for just $30 on two-year agreements.

The offer is only available when ordering the smartphone online for Verizon's webstore. According to Verizon, customers who now purchase the Lumia 735 will benefit from a $50 online discount.

It's also worth mentioning that Verizon Lumia 735 is available for $192 outright, or for $8 per month on Verizon EDGE.

The smartphone is available at Microsoft Store too

Microsoft is selling the Verizon Lumia 735 as well, but the smartphone is currently available for as low as $50 on two-year contracts. The deal is available for both new and existing customers eligible for an upgrade or those that add a line.

Customers who prefer to purchase the Lumia 735 via Microsoft Store and don't want to commit to a long-term contract will have to come up with $200 upfront, which is slightly higher than Verizon's outright price tag.

Although Verizon Lumia 735 was tipped to arrive in six color options, for the time being the smartphone is only available in black at both retailers (Verizon, Microsoft).

We believe Microsoft and Verizon will introduce new color options later this month, in order to raise the hype around the smartphone once again.
