This is what the 1320 successor could look like

Lumia 1330 is one of the hottest news subjects for Windows Phone users these days and it's no wonder that new photos and specifications reach the web so often.

This time, a photo published by @stagueve, who has a good track of leaks on his website nowherelse.fr, allegedly shows the back of the Lumia 1330, along with some leaked specifications that appear to confirm the ones we already talked about last week.

Basically, this picture suggests that the device could ship with a 14.1-megapixel camera with Car Zeiss optics, a 5.7-inch 720p display that would push it to the phablet lineup, as well as 1 GB of RAM for decent performance. As far as selfies are concerned, the 5-megapixel front camera should be enough for quick shoots.

Could launch in early 2015

All these details are still unofficial right now and nobody can tell for sure that these are indeed the specifications of the Lumia 1320 successor, but since all point to the exact same hardware capabilities, there's no doubt that there is some truth behind all these leaks.

As far as the launch date is concerned, the Lumia 1330 could show up for the first time in front of the public at MWC 2015 in March in Barcelona, while sales could begin soon after that.

Obviously, Microsoft tries to make it available as soon as possible, but given the rumored release frame, the Lumia 1330 might ship with the same Windows Phone 8.1 as the existing devices.

If some of you hoped to see it running Windows Phone 10, that's not possible right now, unless Microsoft plans to delay the launch for a few more months. According to people very close to Microsoft's plans, Windows Phone 10 could launch in late summer or early fall 2015, so there are zero chances to see Lumia 1330 running it in case it really launches in early 2015.
